MILTON　FRIEDMAN；　Professor　Emeritus；　University　of　Chicago：　What　characterized　the　Chicago　School　was　a　strong　belief　in　minimal　government　and　an　emphasis　on　free　market　as　a　way　to　control　the　economy。
